How to book

We've introduced a new online booking system which offers hirers the opportunity to instantly check availability and make a provisional booking. It also describes the different spaces and facilities available.

For those who prefer to book over the phone do call or email us:

Online booking

  1. View and check availability on our realtime timetable here
  2. Go to the dropdown menu at the top of the page and select a room.
  3. If a date is available make a booking request by clicking on the blue + in the top right hand corner of your date
  4. This will take you to Hallmaster, our online booking system and you will be prompted to register before you are able to make a provisional booking.   If you already have an account you will be able to login with your details.
  5. Please then complete the following prompts and mandatory information.
  6. On completion of your booking request you will receive a provisional booking email.  We will confirm your booking as soon as possible via email.
  7. Before your event you will be sent an Event checklist with a door code and the wifi password. You will be invoiced around the time of your event and, if the hall is left clean and tidy, any deposit paid will be returned.
  8. For some events, such as parties for 20 or more we will ask for a refundable deposit.  For large parties, weddings and celebrations we also request additional information by completing our Pre-Party Checklist.
  9. It is important that ALL bookers read our booking terms and special conditions for hirers .  Our terms contain essential information to ensure your event goes ahead smoothly and safely.
  10. You must also pay particular attention and follow Covid-19 guidance.  See more details below
  11. If you would like to view more information on the individual spaces including photos please scroll to the bottom on this page - you can also check availability and request a booking this way via the links underneath the photos.
  12. Please do bear with us as we iron out any glitches in the new system and please call or email us if you encounter any problems!
